The Partners

Two disciplines. One operating engine.

LAMpartner is the partnership between two specialists — each anchored in 20+ years of practice inside disciplines that every cross-border project requires. They built LAMpartner to compound their work rather than run it in parallel.

The Partnership Thesis

The project engine, and the relationship engine.

For over two decades, Ceyhun has practiced project orchestration at the level where global infrastructure gets built — tender preparation, BOT structuring, multi-country operation, and the discipline of carrying a project from concept through delivery into board-level continuity.

For almost three decades, Ertuğrul has practiced relationship orchestration at the level where the right people enter the right rooms — trust frameworks, structured introductions, post-deal continuity, and the codification of professional networking as a teachable discipline.

Every cross-border project, every flagship venue, every brand entering a new geography requires both. The project engine and the relationship engine. LAMpartner is what happens when both report into the same partnership.

Ceyhun Doğan

Over two decades of global airport project orchestration, M&A, and operating-scale leadership across 5 continents.

Ceyhun Doğan founded LAMpartner as the structural continuation of a discipline he has been practicing for over two decades. Graduating in Aviation Management in 2005, he stepped directly into the operating engine of global airport projects: tender preparation, build-operate-transfer (BOT) structuring, commercial design, and operational handover.

At his most expansive C-level role, his organization spanned 25 countries and 5 continents — covering finance, budget, business development, and operations across 3,500 employees and €270 million+ in annual revenue.

The Primeclass era (2012–2019)

Ceyhun built Primeclass from a regional lounge product into the world's #2 independent lounge operator: 88 CIP lounges across 5 continents, 6.5 million annual passengers, and six consecutive years of the Skytrax "World's Best Independent Lounge" award. The geographic footprint stretched from Tokyo Narita to Santiago, Nairobi to Zürich, Muscat to the Canary Islands, Bermuda to Madagascar, New York to Riga — one of the most distributed independent lounge networks in the industry.

The TAV mandate

Before and alongside Primeclass, Ceyhun ran the commercial, retail, and advertising revenue programs of 15 airports within TAV Airports. In 2010, he deployed the first digital advertising application in airport advertising — the starting point of what is now an industry-standard discipline.

Cross-border M&A

He led acquisition and due-diligence processes for the group in Chile, Spain, and the United States — from target identification through deal structuring and integration.

Why LAMpartner

The methodology that built Primeclass — identify the opportunity, structure the right partners around it, orchestrate the delivery, and maintain board-level continuity after operational handover — transfers cleanly across sectors. The same methodology works for stadium projects, luxury retail experiences, cultural heritage activations, and brand representation mandates. LAMpartner is the structure that extends this discipline to multiple investors, operators, and brands worldwide simultaneously, as a partnership engine.

20 years of BOT project experience, cross-border operations in 25 countries, the build of an 88-lounge global brand, and €270M+ in annual commercial responsibility: LAMpartner's "we turn relationships into projects" thesis stands as the practical consequence of this career.

Ertuğrul Belen

Almost three decades designing trust-based business collaboration as a discipline — from New York treasury to BIST 100 CEO coaching.

Ertuğrul Belen joined LAMpartner as the human counterpart to its operating engine. His path reads as a continuous progression through one discipline — designing trust-based, systematically structured business collaborations — applied across institutional finance, category-creating training, technology entrepreneurship, and now partnership orchestration.

Across almost three decades inside this discipline, he has trained 100,000+ professionals and entrepreneurs, coached leaders across BIST 100 institutions through his CEO and Leader Networking Coaching Program, authored two bestsellers and co-authored the Republic of Türkiye's official entrepreneurship handbook, and built and exited his own technology ventures.

The GM Treasury foundation

Ertuğrul began his career at General Motors Corporate Treasury in New York as a member of the liquidity team managing roughly $5 billion. He learned, at the structural level, how global organizations move capital, allocate counterparties, and price the relationships behind every flow. That early exposure to high-stakes counterparty management became the substrate beneath everything he built afterward.

Building Business Networking Akademi (2008–present)

Returning to Türkiye, Ertuğrul founded Business Networking Akademi with one thesis: personal and institutional growth is best built through trust-based and systematically designed business collaborations. The academy became the first in Türkiye to deliver registered, structured Networking and LinkedIn-based Professional Personal Brand training. He has since trained 100,000+ professionals, coached BIST 100 leaders one-on-one, and designed BNA Speed Networking™ — proprietary curated-introduction sessions used by corporations and chambers across Türkiye.

Author and category authority

Ertuğrul authored two bestsellers — Networking: Tanışma, Tanıştırma ve Tanınma Sanatı and İş Dünyasında LinkedIn ile Networking — both written from documented case work. He co-authored Girişimciliğin Altın Kuralları and the KOSGEB Entrepreneurship Handbook for the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology. The body of work positioned him as the canonical reference for the discipline in the Turkish business ecosystem.

Technology ventures and venture portfolio work

Beyond the academy, Ertuğrul built and exited his own technology businesses — including a recognized "E-Commerce Company of the Year" — and has operated alongside funds and venture portfolios as an advisor and partner. This dual exposure as both founder and outside partner gave him direct understanding of how technology companies grow, where they require structural support, and which relationships unlock them.

Credentialing

Galatasaray Lisesi and University of Wisconsin alumnus. Erickson Coaching International — Professional Coach and NLP Master certified. The corporate academy and partner programs he has been part of earned Stevie Awards, Brandon Hall, and ATD recognition; his leadership program collaborations include a Financial Times Top 100 "Executive Development Center" accredited initiative. Former member of the Türkiye National Swimming Team and current Galatasaray Sports Club Divan Council member.

Why LAMpartner

The same trust-based, systematically structured collaboration methodology Ertuğrul has taught at the CEO level for nearly two decades is the discipline LAMpartner uses to convert founder-level relationships into investable projects. Where Ceyhun brings the project orchestration engine, Ertuğrul brings the relationship engine: identifying the right counterparties, designing the introduction, structuring the trust, and maintaining the relationship after the deal closes. Together, they cover both sides of the equation that every cross-border project requires.

The Operating Model

Two engines, three commercial contexts.

The partnership applies the same operating logic to three different markets. Each division is structured around the same engine, calibrated for its sector.
